Big-firm discipline. Small-firm attention.
eChameleon exists to give smaller businesses the kind of IT that large organisations take for granted, without the large-organisation price or pace.
Why a chameleon?
A chameleon does not force the world to match it. It adapts: colour, pattern, even the way it moves, to suit where it is. That is how we think IT for a small business should work.
Our founder has spent thirty years delivering software for blue-chip companies and UK Government. Large programmes run well because of habits: clear requirements, security designed in from the start, careful testing and honest reporting. Small businesses rarely get those habits from their IT, mostly because they cost too much.
AI changes that. Agents can now do much of the analysis, building, testing and monitoring that used to need a large team. Paired with experienced people who check the work and own the outcome, it means a small business can have IT built to the same standard as the big programmes, sized to fit.
What we hold ourselves to.
Plain English, always
You are the expert in your business. We explain technology in words that make sense to you, and we never hide behind jargon.
We adapt to you
Your processes, your tools, your pace. We fit around the way you work instead of forcing a one-size package on you.
AI for speed, people for judgement
AI agents do the heavy lifting. An experienced engineer designs the work, checks every output and is accountable for the result.
Honest claims only
We say what we will do, what it will cost and what could go wrong, before any work starts. If something is not right for you, we say so.
Every project, five stations.
Step 1: Listen
We start with your business, not technology: what slows you down, what you want to grow, what has to stay as it is.
Step 2: Map
We look at your systems, data and processes and write down, in plain English, what we found and what we recommend.
Step 3: Fit
You get a clear proposal with scope, cost and timescale agreed before any work starts. No surprises later.
Step 4: Deliver
AI agents do the heavy lifting; an experienced engineer designs, checks and signs off everything that reaches you.
Step 5: Adapt
Businesses change. We review what is working, tune it, and change shape with you as your needs move on.
Tell us what is slowing you down.
A short conversation is enough to tell whether we are the right fit. Starting one commits you to nothing.
